A Research Fellowship (BIC) (Reference BIOPOLIS ), in the scope of the research group ENVARCH – Environmental Archaeology, is available at CIBIO/Associação BIOPOLIS to develop work in the archaeobotany of medieval sites in northern Iberia.

Admission requirements: Candidates must be attending a bachelor program in the area of Archaeology, Biology or related areas, preferably with some experience in the sorting of archaeological macrobotanical remains.

We seek candidates with i) excellent track records; ii) experience in handling of archaeobotanical samples; and iii) good communication and teamwork skills. The candidate’s Curriculum Vitae must be compatible with the work plan.
